Corner Tenant

This design was created for Corner Tenant, a platform for investors in commercial real estate. The client was looking for a design that is energetic, fun, smart, and professional.

A fun yet intelligent mascot character was needed, and I thought an owl would be a great idea for the design, as it symbolizes wisdom. Following this brief, I developed a logo that maintains a professional tone while embodying a playful atmosphere. The design aims to reflect Corner Tenant’s innovative and investor-friendly approach. Additionally, I included alternative variations of the design in the presentation. The composition of the design can be adapted based on its intended use.
